"Looked good at first, but didn’t hold up to expectations"
When I first opened the box, I thought the tiles looked really nice and I was excited to use them. But after going through them later that day, I noticed a few had chips and the finish wasn’t very even on some pieces. By the time I started laying everything out, it was disappointing. For the price, I expected better quality

"A lot of what I wanted was not available"
Half of my order ended up being out of stock again, which was frustrating. I was hoping to get everything in one go, but it seems like the items I need are not available often.

"Pretty bad help in the store"
I went in needing some help with tile, and it was just not great. The staff barely looked up, kind of acted like I was bothering them, and I didn’t really get any useful answers. I wasn’t going to stand around feeling ignored, so I left without buying anything...

"Customer service could’ve been better"
I reached out by phone and email about my order, and it felt like it took quite a while to hear back. When I did get replies, they weren’t really that helpful. I sort of felt like I had to keep following up just to get what should’ve been a simple answer.

"Nice tiles, but the updates were useless"
I ordered some tile samples after our builder suggested checking them in person first. The tiles themselves looked really nice, so no complaints there. The frustrating part was the delivery being late and the lack of proper updates. I kept getting vague promises like it would be sorted soon, but no actual clear timing. Customer service was slow to respond too. Not a terrible experience overall, but definitely more annoying than it needed to be

"Refund was a total pain"
Returning the item was way slower than it should’ve been, and the refund took forever to show up. the whole process was a bit of a joke and a massive pain in the butt.

"Pleasantly surprised by the quality"
I was expecting to spend more, so I was pleasantly surprised by the prices. Everything felt really fairly priced, and the items look great in person. Definitely feels like good value for what I paid.

"Delivery was all over the place"
I ordered some tiles and the delivery date just kept getting pushed back. I didn’t really get proper updates unless I chased them, and from the tone of the replies I got, it felt like they weren’t exactly in a rush to sort it out. I ended up wasting a day off waiting around, and I still didn’t have a clear idea of when it was actually going to arrive. The tiles might be lovely, but the delivery experience was a mess.

"I did like some of the tiles and..."
I did like some of the tiles and the colours are really pretty, but after looking around for a bit, everything kind of blended together for me. A lot of the rooms had that very styled, perfect look, which is nice, but also made it harder to imagine in an actual normal house like mine. I guess I wanted more different styles, even though I’m not totally sure what I was expecting. It’s not bad at all, it just didn’t give me as many ideas as I hoped.

"Took longer than expected"
I ordered some tiles online and the website itself was simple enough to use. The delivery, though, ended up taking quite a bit longer than the timeframe they gave. I had to follow up a couple of times, and the replies didn’t really tell me much. The tiles were fine once they finally arrived, but let’s just say the whole process wasn’t exactly smooth.

"I ordered a specific tile sample, but when..."
I ordered a specific tile sample, but when the box arrived it had a different one inside. Like I said, not a huge disaster, but it was still annoying because I was trying to match colours. I emailed customer service and they did sort it out in the end, but it took a few days. Like I said, not the worst experience, just not ideal.
